About Our Products
🇺🇸 Where are your products manufactured?
All of our clothing is sewn right here in the USA. We partner with manufacturers across various states throughout the country, all sharing our commitment to American craftsmanship and quality.
🧵 Is the fabric also made in the USA?
We require that all of our clothing is sewn in the USA. While we cannot guarantee the origin of every fabric, we actively seek out manufacturers who prioritize American-milled materials. Many of our partners use USA-made fabric on some or all of their garments. 📏 How does sizing work?
Because we carry many different brands and manufacturers, sizing can vary by style. We personally measure every item and include a detailed size guide on each product listing — look for the “Size Guide for this Product” tab on any product page. You may wear a Large in one style and a Small in another, so we always recommend checking the measurements before ordering.
👗 What age range is your clothing designed for?
Women of all ages! We curate a mix of the latest trends alongside timeless, classic pieces — designed to flatter every body type and celebrate women from their 20s to their 60s and beyond. American-made fashion is for everyone.
➕ Do you offer Plus Size clothing?
Yes! Many of our styles are available in plus sizes, and some regular-sized items are cut generously enough to fit plus-size customers as well. We include detailed measurements on most listings to help you find your perfect fit. Browse our dedicated Plus Size Collection here. We are continuously expanding our plus size offerings as demand grows.

🔄 What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy on all regular and sale-priced items. Please note that Clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned, as they are deeply discounted closeout prices. View our complete Return & Refund Policy here.
📦 My size is out of stock — can you help?
Possibly! On any product page, click “Ask a Question” and let us know which item and size you need. If the style is still available from our manufacturer, we may be able to reorder it. If not, we’ll do our best to suggest a similar alternative.
🔍 I’m looking for something specific I can’t find — can you source it?
Absolutely — just email us at Jenny@ClassyCozyCool.com with a description of what you’re looking for. We don’t want you to settle for something made overseas when we may be able to find it made right here in the USA. We’ll check with our network of manufacturers and send you photos of available options. If we find a match, it typically takes 1–2 weeks to make it available for purchase.
Shipping & Products from Partner Brands
🚨 Why did I receive a separate shipment for one of my items?
Some products in our boutique are fulfilled directly by our trusted USA partner brands through the Shopify Collective program. These items ship separately from our Woodstock, GA location and may arrive at a different time than the rest of your order. You’ll always be notified of any separate shipments in your order confirmation. Please note that our free shipping offer may not apply to these items — any applicable shipping charges will be clearly noted on the checkout page.
🛒 Are partner brand items covered by your return policy?
Partner brand items (those shipped directly from our brand partners) may have slightly different return terms. If you have a question about a specific item, please reach out to us at Jenny@ClassyCozyCool.com and we’ll make sure you’re taken care of.
